  Worst experience ever. My husband purchased a necklace online for Christmas. When I opened it we found that it was broken in the box. My husband returned the necklace to the store at the Burnsville mall. They said it had to be sent out to be fixed and would take 2-3 weeks. He just went to go pick it up and when the worker opened the box he said oh it’s broken again, we will have to send it back out. My husband said no, just credit my card back. What a scam business. The customer service at this location was extremely rude and unhelpful. We will never be back and plan on telling everyone we know not to waste your money at this store.

  Warm staff, amazing service, very knowledgeable about their products. I will definitely be coming back. I recommend to everyone. And they don't push you to buy!! I felt very comfortable and welcome!!!
