  We had a terrible experience with Jesse. We wanted to use my mom's ring to create my wedding band for sentimental reasons. He told us it would be way more expensive and encouraged us to buy a brand new wedding band instead. He lied about the ring being sent somewhere to get an estimate (I know this because when I called about getting my mom's ring back, another employee told me it had been in the store the whole time). He called us with the estimate (about $500 more than buying brand new) and when I said it was over our budget, he wanted to know what the top of our budget was. When picking out my husband's wedding ring, Jesse only wanted to show us the more expensive white gold rings. I had to really push to get him to show us the tungsten rings, which is what my husband wanted. We took my mom's ring to Wedding Day in Bloomington, and we were able to use my mom's wedding ring and get a wedding band for about 1/3 of the price Jesse had quoted us. I've never felt more taken advantage of.
