  AVOID THIS location if you do not wanna wait for an hour to get no answers and be verbally attacked for asking the questions. Came there to pick up a phone and they told me it wasn't there before even looking in the system. They sent me home with no answers except call customer service. I called 611& they called them. Came back the next day and waited a half hour. When I was finally helped the other worker helping another customer says "you have an attitude". So the guy helping me gets my phone and makes me pay an unknown fee. I asked how come I was being charged that amount.&the other guy who said I had an attitude laughed out loud. He proceeded to say "Are you going to pay or not because if it were up to me I would make you pay $10 instead of 5 because you have insurance" who even talks to customers like that? Absolutely unprofessional! I felt verbally attacked just for coming in there to get my phone. Just ridiculously bad people!
