When i went inside to tell the family owned gas station, they said they can't do anything for me, because they don't make any money off this item on their property and that I will have to call the service #. Long story short, I ended up fixing the vacuum for them.. By the time I did this, the time was up on the machine and I was refused a refund and given a lame apology..
