  I'm always looking for excuses to go to this place. Rockler router bits are amazing, even more amazing when they are in sale. This particular Rockler (Burnsville) has the outlet section in the store, which can be worth the trip. The staff are always polite and extremely helpful, at least the dozen or so times I've stopped in.

  Wasted my time and was extremely rude. I made a purchase online - I didn't end up using the product so I called up my local branch to see if I can return it to the store. The guy on the phone told me "no problem, we can do a no return receipt - bring it on down." On Saturday morning I went to the rockler store that is closest to my house (over 45 minutes away) and the guy at the counter refused my return saying that I should of called first. I told him that I did call and he said he still wasn't going to help me Wasted my time and was completely rude.
