  You can see why this store is so poorly rated. I literally didn’t even get in the store and had an awful experience. I live 20 minutes from the store. I looked up online the store hours before heading over. I arrived at 8pm and the store was locked and closing down. Online and on the sign to enter the store it states 9pm. I understand business needs and emergencies (FYI no explanation was given, I’m just giving Plato the benefit of the doubt) for closing early but how I was treated was unacceptable. I was literally shooed away with an employee’s hand gesture. No explanation. Just shooed away. If you are closing early have the decency to come to the door and apologize that you are closing early. I drove all that way to shop at your store it’s the least they could have done.

  I ignored the previous reviews and decided to give this store a chance, but they were correct. The employees here have no customer service skills and are so lazy! When I came in with some clothes to sell, they all just stared at eachother and than went on to continue with their personal conversations instead of helping me. I get it, they’re all young employees and I have no issue with employees talking with eachother (non-work related) but still they need to be trained properly on how to interact with their customers and help them. I looked around and you could see how annoyed the other customers were with their lack of service. I’m extremely disappointed.
