  I knew that I was going to buy a pressure washer, and I even knew the model that I was going to pick up. I did a lot of research on specs and prices, but I don't know the ins and outs of pressure washers. The sales person recognized that I knew what I wanted, so definitely didn't try to up-sell me on another model. Additionally, he told me some of the features of the machine, general practices for operating it, and even some safety tips that I wouldn't have known (never having owned a pressure washer); like, don't leave the engine running without spraying water at least every two minutes! I was impressed with the employee's knowledge of all the parts on the machine, knew where it was designed, tested, and manufactured. He also pointed out that these Northern Tool pressure washers are all modular, so if the water pump ever wears out, I can just buy a new part rather than a whole new machine. Bottom line, I was impressed with the employee's knowledge, good attitude, and the price of the equipment.
