  Worse customer service I ever experienced. Called two days and was told both days $60 for a double din. We get there at 5:15 it takes a couple hours. We leave at 7:15. It's time to pay, the white guy said $100. . I was immediately in distraught because I didn't bring anywhere near that much. I'm pregnant so I was automatically freaking out. So than after arguing about the $60 tops I was told I would spend he finally says okay okay $90. . . I immediately get depressed and shut down. I explained I brought $40 only and was paying $20 from my bank account. And I only had a little over $50. So I tell him I can pay $70. . . He finally agreed after I am almost in tears. So now I pay $25 cash and he tells me he will charge my card $40 I was so extremely happy because that is onlyyyyy $65 I was extremely. Happy with this. As I sign my card receipt. It reads $51.99. . . . I immediately break down right away, he says we'll listen lady I need to make something now don't I. . . Mind you we provided absolutely everything needed. There was no equipment it was all work. Labor. Pure profit. Every penny. I cry and leave. We start to drive and than all the sudden the car makes weird noises I cannot roll up my window and the dash lights never turned on. . . . Everything in my car was totally broken or not working. So we turn around and go back. Another half an hour. . . We get there and we explained what happened. Finally the guy who told us $60 was there and I explained he made me pay more. He added a whole $11.00 extra. He says you know what how about I refund you and you just get out of my store and find someone to fix it. I started to cry so hard now. I hadddd to go to the bathroom because I was hyperventilating at this point. He keeps repeating that he touched nothing so he cannot fix it. The guy that told me $60 said he would refund me and brought it back in. 20 minutes later he comes back and it is completely fixed. We get home park. We wake up the next morning and than bam. . . Same problem allllll over again annnnd I check my bank account and no refund was provided for the difference of the $76.00 to the $60.00 When after dude messed it up and the other dude had to fix it. Complete inconvenience. I have been so emotional about this the past few days. I am dreading going back to have them fix this again and beg for my difference in my payment to be refunded. Especially if the white guy is the only one there. So I am going to have to call in advance to make sure it is the darker complexity guy that's there. Seriously. . . Worse experience I've ever had. Also the sterio they installed. . . Is half way inside the car where it should be and the other half is completely popping out past where it is not supposed to be. Good luck. I'm going back in the future, but not with the white guy at all. I will get the name difference and share soon so you can enjoy their work and real prices from the other guy.
