  My nephew bought this Dell computer from Heartland America refurbished unit that well when turned on says hard drive not detected and needs to be reseated. Great well unless one is a tech one needs to removed the back cover and do it yourself. Not what was expected. So one calls the GCM INC teck line which is not toll free and one gets an auto phone message. Can't talk to a real person but the girl sounds very nice on a voice message. Then you press two for support but after 30 minutes and your phone bill going up on long distance nobody answers. There is no email address so you can leave a message and someone will call you back. Good luck on that. Can't send it back unless you have authorization from GCM so well you're stuck cause Heartland won't take it back. My nephew is upset as he spent $300 bucks on a Dell computer that doesn't work and to get it fixed by a teck here in town it will cost him another $100 bucks or more just to get the hard drive reseated. Who knows if that is the only thing wrong with it. Bottom line never buy anything from Heartland that costs more than $100 bucks that has been refurbished as well it is junk. For $400 bucks her could have purchased a new Dell or HP that will work from a computer company here in town. It is the case of live and learn. As for GCM they should be sued for sending out a computer that doesn't work and Heartland should never deal with GCM INC. Refurbished is not the way to go when buying a computer. The worst part is this computer he bought is a really old model. He paid $300 bucks. I have seen the same thing for $147.99 so he got screwed twice!
