Dark haired female on sales floor was not very patient with me pointed out a couple pieces then after I told her they didn't look like what I needed she just got an attitude with me and said they don't have it. Didn't offer to help find anywhere that did, or try to look anything up in a catalog, not helpful at all. I'll look for another place with helpful staff next time I need something.
