  Don't fall for their offers. There was an offer where they were giving off a love seat and a sofa for $400. They told us that they would be giving a coffee table, end tables and lamps for free as they usually did for all the other types of sofas as well. They said since they didn't have the stock, if we order it, the set may come in any colour and material and they would have no control over it. We were still thinking about it and went around the shop when we found the same set and the salesperson with us told us that if they have the model here then definitely the same piece would be in the inventory and they can deliver the very next day. We were happy that now we would know what we are buying as we had seen it. But the set which came home the next day was entirely of different (bad) material and different(ugly) color and that cheap material wasn't there in their entire store & we had paid $90 for the shipping. So it had cost us nearly $500 altogether and the sofa was not worth it. When we checked with them about it they said that it had been sent from a different shop which was nearer instead of the same shop we bought it from and they just thought that it was there. And since they had told us that any color and material may come when ordered it is us who were at fault. Then we badly wanted it to be exchanged and went again to get another set by paying a little extra & we ended up buying a sectional which cost us $400+$200 as they didn't have anything in the 400+100$ range except the floor models (which we didn't agree to buy & we had to pay +200$ for the new piece & again a shipping cost of $60(reduced from 90 since it was the second time). Even though our budget was $400, we had thought of bearing a 90 extra for the shipping but finally ended up paying 260$ more (which amounted to a total of $760) and also approximately $30 Tax extra which is usual. We did a mistake by falling for their offer!
