  Gabbert's referred us to Ackerman's for the repair of the sliders on our dining room table. and while the table was out for repair, we had them refinish the top. The job was terrific so we had them do some upholstery; sofa, two love seats, two Queen Anne Chairs and a bench. Everything was perfect and Penny did a great job in coordinating the project. I would recommend Ackerman's 100%

  I brought a 100 year old chest of drawers in to determine if it made any sense to refinish or toss. My wife was very attached to the dresser and I was in favor of tossing. After Brian reviewed the dresser he was leaning more towards my side of getting rid of it. But happy wife, happy life we left it to be refinished. What a good decision that was. Brian and his team went above and beyond the defined scope of work tackling the little issues that made a huge difference in the final appearance. They treated the piece as if it was theirs and you could "feel the luv" they put into the job. I would not hesitate to bring in another piece for them to bring back to life and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great quality shop.
